I have a lot of first hand experience with the Kamea people in PNG. They miss out on every aspect of healthcare, many aspects of education and practically all established forms of established infrastructure. They have not enough immunisations for their children, often not enough food and no electricity. Any help that can be given to them is welcome. Keep up your good work.
